The Village of Naples now has in effect a system
of parcel-based zoning. The following descriptions are compiled from
the map titled "Village of Naples Zoning," the current and official
version of which is on file in the office of the Village Clerk:
A.Â
R-1 District. The Residential R-1 District shall be
comprised of all parcels delineated within the R-1 Districts as shown
on the current Village of Naples Zoning Map on file in the office
of the Village Clerk.
B.Â
R-2 District. The Residential R-2 District shall be
comprised of all parcels delineated within the R-2 Districts as shown
on the current Village of Naples Zoning Map on file in the office
of the Village Clerk.
C.Â
C-1 District. The Commercial C-1 District shall be
comprised of all parcels delineated within the C-1 Districts as shown
on the current Village of Naples Zoning Map on file in the office
of the Village Clerk.
D.Â
C-2 District. The Commercial C-2 District shall be
comprised of all parcels delineated within the C-2 Districts as shown
on the current Village of Naples Zoning Map on file in the office
of the Village Clerk.
E.Â
L-I District. The Light Industrial L-I District shall
be comprised of all parcels delineated within the L-I Districts as
shown on the current Village of Naples Zoning Map on file in the office
of the Village Clerk.
F.Â
L-C District. The Land Conservation L-C District/Floodplain
shall be comprised of all parcels delineated within the L-C Districts
as shown on the current Village of Naples Zoning Map on file in the
office of the Village Clerk.
G.Â
M-D District. The Multiple Dwelling M-D District shall
be comprised of all parcels delineated within the M-D Districts as
shown on the current Village of Naples Zoning Map on file in the office
of the Village Clerk.
