Town of Brookfield, CT Chapter 59 Salaries and Compensation

Article I Town Clerk

§ 59-1 Salary to be in lieu of all fees.

Commencing on the effective date of this chapter,[1] the Town Clerk of the Town of Brookfield shall receive a salary in lieu of all fees and other compensation provided for in the General Statutes of the State of Connecticut. Said salary shall, from time to time, be fixed by the legislative body of the Town of Brookfield pursuant to the provisions of § C3-1D of the Town Charter.
