The Town of Griswold, pursuant to authority granted and in the manner
provided by Chapter 28 of the Cumulative Supplement to the General Statutes
of the State of Connecticut, January Sessions 1931-1933,[1] establishes a Town Board of Finance, said Board of Finance to
have all the powers and duties conferred and imposed upon Town Boards of Finance
by said Chapter 28 of said Cumulative Supplement to the General Statutes of
the State of Connecticut and all powers and duties which now are or hereafter
may be conferred and imposed upon such Town Board of Finance by any other
statute or law of the State of Connecticut.
