It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot, poison or otherwise harm
or kill any cat, dog or other domesticated animal or fowl belonging to another
person, firm or corporation within the corporate limits of the Town of Millsboro;
provided, however, that the provisions of this article shall not apply to
any person acting under the authority of any law of the State of Delaware.
Any person violating the provisions of § 52-16 hereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $50 and shall pay the costs of prosecution.
For the purposes of this article, each act of shooting or poisoning
shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
