[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Millsboro at

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
A beggar or vagabond who has no fixed place of abode or who roams
from place to place without any lawful business or occupation not giving a
good account of himself, or a person who has no lawful business or occupation
and no visible means of support.
Whoever shall be convicted of being a vagrant within the limits of the
Town of Millsboro shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Whoever shall be convicted of any act prohibited in § 133-2 above shall be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 30 days and shall pay the costs of prosecution.
