It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to install, place or exhibit on any public sidewalk within
the corporate limits of the Town of Millsboro any goods, wares or
merchandise.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 174-22 hereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50 and shall pay the costs of prosecution.
For the purposes of this article, each day that
any goods, wares or merchandise are installed, placed or exhibited
on any public sidewalk shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
