This article shall be known, and may be cited, as the "Housing Law Ordinance."
The provisions of the Housing Law, being Act 167 of Michigan Public
Acts of 1917, as amended,[1] as the same apply to private and two-family dwellings, are hereby
adopted, as far as the same may be applicable to the unincorporated portions
of the Township.
