There is hereby created in the City of Egg Harbor
City, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey the position of Head
Lifeguard.
[Amended 4-8-2010 by Ord. No. 10-2010]
The Head Lifeguard shall be a fully certified
lifeguard with a minimum of two years of experience as a lifeguard
at a public or private facility.
