§ 52-68 Creation of position. There is hereby created in the City of Egg Harbor City, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, the position of Assistant Municipal Tax Collector.
§ 52-69 Powers and duties. The duties of the Assistant Municipal Tax Collector shall be to assist in the administration of the Tax Collector's office.
§ 52-70 Compensation. The salary for the Assistant Municipal Tax Collector shall be as set forth in the Salary Ordinance.[1][1]Editor's Note: See Ch. 68, Salaries and Compensation.
