Subject to all provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-25 et seq. and of N.J.S.A.
5:8-51 et seq., games of bingo and other games of chance shall be permitted
in the City of Egg Harbor City.
Subject to all provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-26 and of N.J.S.A. 5:8-52,
each applicant for a license to hold and operate games of bingo or other games
of chance shall file with the City Clerk written application therefor.
Subject to all provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-31 and of N.J.S.A. 5:8-58,
games of bingo and other games of chance shall be permitted in the City of
Egg Harbor City, Atlantic County, New Jersey, on the first day of the week,
commonly known and designated as "Sunday."

Subject to all the provisions (N.J.A.C. 13:47-4.10) the municipal licensing
fees for games of bingo and raffle in Egg Harbor City are exempt for all qualified
organizations.
