[HISTORY: Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Egg Harbor City 11-14-1974 as Ch. 11 of the 1974 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
All persons are prohibited from fishing, crabbing, swimming, parking motor or other vehicles, or loitering for any purpose, on or from the bridge crossing the Mullica River between Lower Bank in Washington Township, Burlington County, and Egg Harbor City, Atlantic County, or the approaches thereto.
Each and every person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject, upon conviction thereof, to a fine not exceeding $1,000, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof, in the discretion of the Judge before whom said conviction shall be had.
