The following fees shall be charged for the following vital records:
A. 
Certified copy of marriage license: $15.
B. 
Certified copy of birth certificate: $15.
C. 
Certified copy of death certificate: $15.
D. 
Certified copy of domestic partnership: $15.
E. 
Certified copy of civil union: $15.
F. 
Marriage license application: as per state statute.
G. 
Civil union application: as per state statute.
H. 
Registering a domestic partnership: as per state statute.
I. 
Burial permits: as per state statute.
