No person shall willfully or maliciously, without the consent of the
owner thereof, tamper with, break, injure or otherwise destroy or damage in
any way any of the posts, poles, cables, wires, fixtures, antennas, amplifiers
or other apparatus, materials, equipment or appliances of any television coaxial
cable system or microwave radio system or community antenna television system,
or tap or connect, directly or indirectly, by wire or any other means whatsoever,
into, to or with any such television coaxial cable system or microwave radio
system or community antenna television system, so as to make use of, hear,
observe or be in a position to make use of, hear, observe or to enable any
other person to make use of, hear, observe or be in a position to make use
of, hear or observe, for any use or purpose whatsoever, any message, picture
or signal going over any such cable or system aforementioned, or to receive
or enable or assist any other person to receive any unauthorized service over
any cable or system aforementioned.

Violation of any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof,
be punished by a minimum fine of $100 or a maximum of $2,000 or by imprisonment
for a term not exceeding 90 days or by a period of community service not exceeding
90 days. Each and every violation shall be considered a separate violation.
Any person who is convicted of violating the provisions of this article within
one year of the date of a previous violation and who was fined for the previous
violation may be sentenced by the Court to an additional fine as a repeat
offender. The additional fine imposed as a repeat offender shall not be less
than the minimum or exceed the maximum fine provided herein, and same shall
be calculated separately from the fine imposed for the violation of this article.

torment, beat, kick, strike, mutilate, injure, disable or kill any dog or
to interfere with or meddle with any such dog while such dog is being used
by the Egg Harbor Township Police Department in the performance of its duties.
