A.
The administrative functions, powers and duties of
statutory and other agencies of the Township government not otherwise
allocated and assigned by this chapter shall be subject to the supervision
of the Mayor, except as otherwise specifically required by law, and
for this purpose, such statutory and other agencies are allocated
and assigned to the office of the Mayor.
B.
The following is an enumeration of the statutory agencies:
(1)
Planning Board. The Planning Board, as heretofore
established by ordinance under the Logan Township Code and empowered
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., as amended and supplemented,
is continued, and the members shall be appointed as provided by law
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-23.[1]

(2)
Board of Adjustment. The Board of Adjustment, as heretofore
established by ordinance under the Logan Township Code and empowered
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., as amended and supplemented,
is continued, and the members shall be appointed as provided by law
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-69.[2]

(3)
Municipal Court. The Municipal Court of the Township
of Logan, as previously created by ordinance under the Logan Township
Code and under the power and authority granted to governing bodies
by Chapter 264 of the Laws of 1948, N.J.S.A. 2A:8-1 et seq., and any
amendments and supplements thereto, shall be continued.[3]
(4)
Environmental Commission. The Environmental Commission,
as heretofore established under the Logan Township Code pursuant to
law (Chapter 245, Laws of 1968, N.J.S.A. 40:56A-1 et seq.), shall
be continued, and the members shall be appointed by the Mayor.[4]
