A temporary construction trailer, sales or management office for the
sale of homes within a subdivision may be authorized in all zoning districts
for office use and storage of equipment and supplies during active construction
activities. A temporary permit may be authorized by the Construction Code
Official in addition to building and/or electrical permits as required by
the construction code.
No trailer shall be installed prior to the issuance of a construction
permit. No trailer shall remain at a work site where active construction activity
has ceased for a period of more than 30 days.
All applications shall be processed and issued through the Construction
Office.
