The provisions for off-tract improvements set forth in Article XXII, Off-Tract Improvements, Part 5, Land Subdivision, shall apply to site plan review and approval, as fully as if it were a part of this chapter to ensure a pro rata share allocation of the cost of off-tract improvements necessitated by new development. All provisions of Article XXII, Off-Tract Improvements, of Part 5 of this chapter as amended and shall apply to site plan review and approval.
