Positions, specifically designated as Working Supervisor and Working
Foreman are necessary in Mannington Township so that certain essential Township
work shall be performed and carried out in a manner which shall best serve
the interests of the Township.
The positions of Working Supervisor and of Working Foreman are hereby
created.
The qualifications required for each position and the scope of work
encompassed by and included within such position shall be established by the
Township Committee by resolution duly adopted with respect thereto. the Township
Committee shall have the power and authority to alter, amend, or repeal in
whole or in part, such resolution or resolutions relating to said qualifications
and scope of work, as in the opinion of the Township Committee shall best
serve the interests of the Township.
The salaries for the Working Supervisor and the Working Foreman shall
be determined by, and shall be paid in accordance with the appropriate provisions
of the Mannington Township Salary Ordinance.
