[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Sea Bright 6-2-1992. Amendments noted where applicable.]
This chapter shall be known as the "Portable Toilet Regulation Ordinance."
The use of portable toilets within the Borough of Sea Bright is hereby prohibited.

Portable toilets may be used within the Borough of Sea Bright only upon issuance of a permit by the governing body.
Said permits shall issue upon showing of a special need for a specific occasion other than general and regular use of a business.

The permit shall issue upon an application made to the Mayor and Council and payment of a $50 fee per portable toilet. Said permit shall not exceed seven days in duration.

Renewal of the permit shall be made to the Mayor and Council along with a renewal fee of $25 per portable toilet.

The permit, when issued, shall be affixed to the exterior of the portable toilet for which it was issued. Failure to display the permit or failure to obtain a permit from Council shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article I, General Penalty, unless otherwise specified in this chapter, per portable toilet per day, until the permit is properly affixed to the portable toilet or properly obtained from Council and affixed to the portable toilet.
