Signs designating a real estate development, open house or similar sales activity shall be permitted on public rights-of-way adjacent to private property between the hours of 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Such signs shall not exceed six square feet, and no side of any sign shall exceed three feet. Such signs shall not be fastened to any utility pole or traffic control or street signs.
Penalties for violation of this article shall be as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, Penalty, § 1-3.
