The Controller is hereby authorized to charge the sum
of $15 for each check returned to her as unpaid, for checks paid to the City
of Amsterdam.
B.
The Controller is hereby authorized to charge the sum
of $15 for each check returned a second time as unpaid.
C.
The Controller's collection fee for
unpaid checks shall not exceed the sum of $30.
