Real property in the City of Amsterdam constructed,
altered, installed or improved in an area designated an economic development
zone pursuant to Article 18-B of the General Municipal Law shall be
exempt from taxation and special ad valorem levies by the City of
Amsterdam for the period and to the extent provided for in § 485-e
of the Real Property Tax Law.
The provisions of said § 485-e as
contained in Subdivisions 1(b) and (c), 2(a)(i) and (ii), (b)(1),
(2) and (3), (c) and (d), 3, 4 and 5 be and hereby are incorporated
herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
