A. 
No person shall write, make, draw or paint any writing, printing, picture, indelible or permanent markings or device of any kind on any sidewalk, tree, utility pole or shrub in this village.
B. 
Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of Subsection A of this section shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.) or imprisonment not exceeding one (1) year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
A. 
No person shall stick, fasten or post any placard, bill or paper on any sidewalk, tree, utility pole or shrub in this village except the posting and affixing of notices required by law.
B. 
Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of Subsection A of this section shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) or imprisonment not exceeding fifteen (15) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
