A.
No person shall write, make, draw or paint any writing,
printing, picture, indelible or permanent markings or device of any kind on
any sidewalk, tree, utility pole or shrub in this village.
A.
No person shall stick, fasten or post any placard, bill
or paper on any sidewalk, tree, utility pole or shrub in this village except
the posting and affixing of notices required by law.
