The Board may promulgate rules and regulations to carry out and give
full effect to the provision of this chapter.
No officer, agent or employee of the Village of Morrisville shall be
personally liable for any damage resulting for any official determination,
order or action required or permitted in the discharge of his or her duties
under this chapter.
Pursuit of any civil remedy accorded to the Village of Morrisville under
this chapter shall not preclude any criminal prosecution of any individual
or corporation pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
