[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of
the City of El Reno 9-1-1972 as Ch. 2, Sec. 2-4, of the 1972 Code;
amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I). Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
City funds shall be deposited as required by law. The City Treasurer
shall deposit daily all public funds received into designated banks,
savings and loan associations. See 11 O.S. § 10-118.
City deposits shall be secured as provided in the Security for
Local Public Deposits Act (62 O.S. § 517.1 et seq.).
