Water skiing on the lake is permitted only from sunup to sundown. The City Manager, Police Chief, Fire Chief or their designee shall have authority to close the lake to skiers if necessary.
Persons engaged in water skiing on the lake must stay in the area outlined for such activity.
Persons under 13 years of age shall be permitted to water ski on the lake only when under the guidance of an adult over 21 years of age.
Separate boats pulling skiers shall at all times have at least 50 feet clearance of each other's lines, skiers and boats.
A counterclockwise pattern shall be maintained by all skiers in the traffic areas of the lake.
Any water skiers violating any provision of this article may be removed from the lake by the lake patrolmen.
A.
The area designated for personal watercraft shall be the area south from the west boat ramp across to the previous jet ski beach loading and parking area on the southeast part of the lake, with the west boat ramp to be used for loading and unloading jet skis.
B.
Personal watercraft shall not be operated in the boating area, with the exception of pulling a skier.
