It shall be unlawful for any person to call into the City's Enhanced Nine-One-One (E-911) Emergency Communication System for the purpose of making a hang-up call, or making a false alarm or complaint, or reporting false information, which could result in the dispatch of emergency services from any public service agency, or knowingly use the 911 system to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person or E-911 operator.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be punished, upon conviction, by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $200.
