Any ordinance granting any privilege or right or imposing any duty upon
any adult is hereby amended to define adult as any person 18 years of age
or older.
Any ordinance granting any privilege or right or imposing any duty upon
any person 21 years of age or over is hereby amended to read any person 18
years of age or older.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as changing the definition
of adult or lowering any age from 21 years of age to 18 years of age, except
insofar as the various ordinances presently adopted by the Township of East
Norriton are concerned.
