Pursuant to the Municipal Claim and Tax Lien Law, act of May 16, 1923
(P.L. 207, No. 153) 53 P.S. § 7101, as amended, the Borough of Shippensburg,
when attorney fees are subject to be collected or are incurred in the collection
of delinquent accounts, said fees shall be based upon a rate of $75 per hour,
calculated in increments of no less than 1/10 of an hour based on actual time
spent by the solicitor for the borough, or its authorities, or any other attorney
designated by the Borough Council to represent it in such collections arising
out of the Municipal Claim and Tax Lien Law, but in no case shall said fee
be less than $50.
