Pursuant to Section 2-202 and Section 2-307
of the City Charter of the City of Pawtucket, the Pawtucket City Council
hereby reorganizes the City Law Department by establishing a new position
of Special Attorney for Claims and Pending Suits.
Said Special Attorney shall be appointed by
a majority vote of the members of the City Council and shall serve
at the pleasure of the City Council.
