All members of appointed boards and commissions, the City Sergeant and the Sealer of Weights and Measures shall not receive any medical compensation from the City of Pawtucket; provided, however, that withdrawal from benefits shall be in accordance with the medical carrier's policy and standard procedure.

Members of appointed boards and commissions, the City Sergeant and the Sealer of Weights and Measures shall not receive any other benefits, other than salary and/or stipends, as dictated by the City Charter.
All members of appointed boards and commissions shall not be considered employees under the personnel system of the City of Pawtucket, but merely appointees to the various boards and commissions.
