Two dollars collected from the fee charged for each certified copy of
birth, death, marriage, fetal death, or delayed record, or a search for any
of said records, shall be deposited in a special account, maintained by the
City Clerk's Office, solely for the purpose of improving the records system
maintained by the City Clerk's Office in the City.
All monies in this account shall be carried over in the account from
fiscal year to fiscal year.
