All liquor licenses within the City of Pawtucket
[Class A, B (limited), B (tavern), B (victualer), C, D (full privilege
First Class) and E] that have not been renewed 30 days after December
1 and all liquor licenses having been revoked by the Licensing Commissioners
of the City of Pawtucket shall be declared null, void and nonexistent.
The total number of liquor licenses in each
particular category [Class A, B (limited), B (tavern), B (victualer),
C, D (full privilege First Class) and E] shall be diminished by that
number that have failed to renew or have been revoked.
