The following schedule of fees shall be paid
to the Building Inspector, Electrical Inspector and Plumbing Inspector
for permits. The minimum base fee for every permit is $65, plus rate
fee based on value of the work to be performed:

Valuations hereinbefore shall be calculated
upon the following basis:
A.
Residential construction at the rate of $110 per square
foot of planned construction.

B.
The most current building and construction data published
by the International Code Council shall be used by the Building Inspector
to determine the per-square-foot rate for nonresidential construction.

In the event of a failed inspection, a fee of
$100 shall be charged for the necessary reinspection of the corrected
work. The failed inspection fee shall be paid prior to the approval
of the final reinspection.
