The City of Pawtucket currently offers Pawtucket residents only the ability to dispose of certain items at the transfer station. To utilize the transfer station, the resident must provide a valid license or state-issued identification with an address located in the City of Pawtucket. Fees may apply for certain items, an updated list of items accepted is available at the Department of Pawtucket Works Office, City Hall reception desk or on the City website.

A.
All vehicles must obtain an identification sticker before dumping at the Transfer Station. The sticker shall be valid for one year commencing July 1 through June 30 of the following year and is obtainable through the Public Works Office.
The Public Works Director shall establish such rules and regulations as necessary to ensure the proper administration of this article.
The Public Works Director shall be empowered to waive in whole or in part any of the fees listed in § 347-20 of this article; provided, however, that such waiver shall be in accordance with established rules and regulations.

Anyone and/or any vehicle dumping who is not a resident or without first making payments of fees as set forth above shall be fined not less than $50 for each violation of this article.
