[Approved 10-17-1967 by Ch. No. 1135 as Secs. 28-8, 28-10 and 28-13 of the 1966 Code]
No person shall play at ball or throw any stones or other missiles, in any street of the City.
No band of music, drum corps, company of musicians or other like body of people shall parade in or march through, along or across any of the public streets of the City and play upon or use any musical or other instrument while so parading or marching, without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Mayor or Chief of Police.
No horse, mule or other draft animal or vehicle shall be driven, backed or moved or allowed to stand on any sidewalk, except for the purpose of crossing the same when necessary, and then only by the shortest way from the street to the abutting premises.
