To stop illegal parking on private property
which is the cause of great concern and inconvenience to homeowners,
the following method is hereby established:
A.
An owner of property shall sign a complaint with the
Police Division of the City of Pawtucket designating the vehicle parked
illegally and the registration number.
B.
The police shall tow, or cause said vehicle to be
towed, and said vehicle shall be impounded and stored on city property.
C.
The cost of said towing and impounding shall be paid
by the registered owner of said vehicle.
The fine for the first violation shall be $25,
the second violation shall be $50, etc., up to a maximum fine of $200.[1]
