A. 
Application and processing fees. The subdivider shall pay the village all application and processing fees as required by the Board of Trustees. Such fees shall be set by the Board of Trustees and may be revised periodically.
B. 
Inspection fee. The subdivider shall pay a fee equal to the actual cost to the village for such inspection as the Village Engineer deems necessary to assure that the construction of the required improvements is in compliance with the plans, specifications and ordinances of the village or any other governmental authority.
C. 
Planning and engineering review fee. The subdivider shall pay a fee equal to the actual cost to the village for all plan review and engineering work incurred by the village in connection with the plat. Planning and engineering review work shall include review of plans by consultants engaged by the village. Engineering work shall also include the preparation of construction plans and standard specifications. The Village Engineer may permit the subdivider to furnish all, some or part of the required construction plans and specifications, in which case no engineering fees shall be levied for such plans and specifications.
D. 
Additional administrative or legal fees. The subdivider shall pay a fee equal to the cost of any additional legal, administrative or fiscal work which may be undertaken by the village in connection with the plat. Legal work shall include the drafting of contracts between the village and the subdivider.
