A certain document, copies of which are on file
in the office of the Township Clerk of the Township of Grosse Ile,
being marked and designated as "International Fire Code, 2000, and
Supplementary Standards," is hereby adopted as the Fire Code of the
Township of Grosse Ile, in the State of Michigan; and each and all
of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of
said Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made part hereof, as
if fully set out in this article.
The purpose of the International Fire Code 2000
with Supplementary Standards as adopted by this article is to protect
the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the Township
of Grosse Ile.
The the International Fire Code 2000 with Supplementary
Standards is available for inspection by and distribution to the public
at the Grosse Ile Fire Department, 24525 Meridian, Grosse Ile, Michigan,
during regular business hours.
