It shall be unlawful to haul, transport or move the
body of any dead animal upon and along the public streets and alleys
of the City of Butler between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
each day, except the bodies of such animals as may die upon the public
streets or alleys of the city, the bodies of which shall be removed
immediately.

The bodies of all dead animals hauled, transported
or moved upon and along the public streets and alleys of the City
of Butler shall be transported in such vehicle and so covered and
closed as to prevent the giving off of foul and offensive odors, and
no dead animal giving off an offensive odor shall be kept or stored
within the City.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions
of this article shall, upon conviction thereof before a District Justice,
be subject to a fine of up to $300 and costs of prosecution and, in
default of payment of such fine and costs, shall be subject to imprisonment
in the county jail for up to 90 days.
