which section was repealed 11-28-2006.
A.
No license or licenses shall be issued by the City
through its appropriate agencies to carnivals of all types, circuses
or the like which operate a Ferris wheel, carousel, inclined railway,
or similar amusement device unless the certificate issued by the Commissioner
of Public Safety in accordance with MGL c. 140, § 205A has
been issued.
B.
If the petitioning party has requested an inspection
from the state and has failed to receive such inspection within 10
working days, the petitioner shall then notify the City, which shall
notify the state.
