13-84]
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:27D-126, there be and is hereby
created the position of Construction Code Official of the Township of West
Amwell, Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
The term of said Construction Code Official shall be four years, beginning
January 1 next following his appointment.
The salary and compensation of the Construction Code Official shall
be fixed and determined by the governing body on January 1 of each year.
