Editor's Note: This local law also repealed former Article II,
Deputy Superintendent of Highways, adopted 3-10-1982.
The office of Deputy Superintendent of Highways is hereby established,
to be compensated in an amount greater than the position of foreman and as
set by the Esopus Town Board.
