The Town of Henrietta does hereby agree and
determine that:
A.
The benefits of § 18 of the Public Officers
Law shall be benefits which are conferred upon the officers and employees
of the Town of Henrietta, as such officers and employees are defined
by § 18 of the Public Officers Law.
B.
The Town of Henrietta shall be liable for all costs
incurred under these provisions.
The Town of Henrietta is authorized and empowered
to buy a suitable policy of insurance, from any insurance company
created by or under the laws of this state or authorized by law to
transact business in this state, against any liability imposed by
the provisions of § 18 of the Public Officers Law and the
enactment of this article.
