Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided for the repeal
of former Ch. 46, Personnel Policies, adopted 3-9-1987 by Ord. No.
381, as amended.
The Borough Council of the Borough of Dallastown is hereby authorized
to establish by resolution personnel policies and a handbook for and
regarding employment by Dallastown Borough as it may deem appropriate
from time to time.
