GENERAL REFERENCES
Pensions — See Ch. 43.
The compensation of the President of the Borough Council of
the Borough of Dallastown is hereby fixed to be and shall be the sum
of $65 per month and the compensation of each other member of the
Borough Council of the Borough of Dallastown is hereby fixed to be
and shall be the sum of $60 per month, to apply to those elected or
appointed on or after November 7, 1995.
The compensation of the Mayor of the Borough of Dallastown is
hereby fixed to and shall be the sum of $160 per month, to apply to
those elected or appointed on or after November 7, 1995.
