The annual fee for licenses to keep bowling alleys for public hire shall be $5 per lane, and any such license shall be granted subject to the provision that the licensed premises shall be open to the inspection of the Chief of Police at all times during business hours and also subject to the provisions of G.L. Title 5, Chapter 2.[1]
