It shall be unlawful for any person to store, keep for use or maintain on a day-to-day basis, when not in operation, any hydraulically operated construction equipment which is not kept in a down position.

No person shall revel, quarrel, fight, use obscene or profane language, wantonly or maliciously raise a cry of fire, knowing or believing the same to be false, or otherwise behave in a disorderly or indecent manner, to the disturbance of the public, or encourage the same to be done.[1]

A. 
No person shall, without right, enter or remain in or upon the dwelling house, buildings or the property of any individual, firm or corporation after having forbidden so to do by the person who has the lawful control of said premises, either directly or by notice posted thereon.
B. 
No person shall willfully trespass or, having no legitimate purpose for his presence, remain upon the land or other premises of a public or private school ground in this Town, after having been forbidden to do so by a police officer of this Town.

A. 
Between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and sunrise, no person shall enter or trespass upon that portion of Town property known and designated as "The S. Burton and Mary E. Mowry Conservation Area."
B. 
No person shall possess or consume any alcoholic beverage on that portion of Town property known and designated as "The S. Burton and Mary E. Mowry Conservation Area" or otherwise referred to as the "Old Forge Road Area."

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter, loaf, wander, stand or remain idle either alone and/or in consort with others in a public place in such manner so as to:
(1) 
Obstruct any public street, public highway, public sidewalk or any other public place or building by hindering or impeding or tend to hinder or impede the free and uninterrupted passage of vehicles, traffic or pedestrians; or
(2) 
Commit in or upon any public street, public highway, public sidewalk or any other public place or building any act or thing which is an obstruction or interference to the free and uninterrupted use of property or with any business lawfully conducted by any person in or upon or facing or fronting on any such public street, public highway, public sidewalk or any other public place or building, all of which prevents the free and uninterrupted ingress, egress and regress therein, thereon and thereto.
B. 
When any person causes or commits any of the conditions enumerated in Subsection A herein, a police officer or any law enforcement officer shall order that person to stop causing or committing such conditions and to move on or disperse. Any person who fails or refuses to obey such orders shall be guilty of a violation of this section.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person, owning or possessing an ice box, refrigerator or other container, which is equipped with an exterior lock to lock the door or cover thereof but with no means to open the door or cover from the inside thereof, to discard the same without removing such door or lock, or such cover or lock from said ice box, refrigerator or other container.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to leave unattended outside any building or dwelling or in any vacant lot any such ice box, refrigerator or other container, without first removing the door or lock thereof or the cover or lock thereof.
C. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to leave unattended inside any abandoned building or vacant dwelling, where children resort and have access thereto, any such ice box, refrigerator or other container without first removing the door or lock thereof or the cover or lock thereof.

No person shall play at ball or any other game, or throw stones or other missiles, in any street or public highway.

No person shall slide downhill on sleds on or across any public highway, unless permission shall previously have been obtained from the Town Council so to do.

No person shall throw, place, put or leave, or cause to be thrown, placed, put or left, in or upon any street highway, byway, lane, gangway, sidewalk or any public place, any cans, pans, rags, glass, paper, garbage, dirt, ashes, dust, cinders, soot, shells, hair, shreds, stones, rocks, bricks, pebbles, rubbish or any mineral substance or matter whatsoever; provided, however, that any person may place a reasonable amount of sand, sawdust, salt, ashes or other suitable substance upon sidewalks or streets covered in whole or in part with snow or ice for the purpose of rendering them safe for use.
