No person shall cause snow to be removed from private property and to
be deposited onto property not owned by them, without the owner's permission.
No person shall cause snow to be removed from private property and to
be deposited, onto the public right-of-way.
No person shall refuse a lawful order of a police officer to remove
snow from public property or the private property of others placed there by
them, or their agents, in violation of this article.
