The price of lots, including perpetual care, shall be as set by the Town Board at the annual reorganization meeting.
The price of grave openings shall be as set by the Town Board at the annual reorganization meeting.
A. 
Saturday and nonworking holiday funerals will be charged a fee as set by the Town Board at its annual reorganization meeting in addition to the regular interment charges.
B. 
All interment requests must be made by the morning of the day preceding the burial.
C. 
If funerals are deferred from one day to another, the Superintendent must be notified.
D. 
Concrete or metal vaults with a one-piece cover are mandatory.
E. 
Burials after November 1 and prior to May 1 of each year must have the permission of the Highway Superintendent.
F. 
No funerals are permitted on Sundays.
G. 
No winter interments are made on Saturdays or Sundays.
A. 
The exact location and specifications are the responsibility of the lot owner and must be cleared with the Highway Superintendent or his representative prior to commencing the project.
B. 
No aboveground vault or crypt is permitted.
C. 
No more than one monument shall be permitted on any lot or plot. All veterans' grave markers must be placed at the end of the grave furthest from the monument.
D. 
No gravestone or marker can be set in a socket or dowel. It must be one solid stone.
A. 
No iron or stone enclosures or wall terraces are allowed.
B. 
Lot owners will not be permitted to alter the established grade of lots.
C. 
Any permanent plantings must have prior approval of the Highway Superintendent or Town Supervisor.
D. 
The Board reserves the right to lay out and alter such drives, walks, and reservations as it deems necessary to secure and promote the general objectives of the cemetery.
E. 
If any trees, shrubs, plants or flowers standing on any lot shall, by means of roots, branches, or otherwise, become detrimental to adjacent lots, drives, or walks, or if for any reason their removal shall be deemed necessary, the Superintendent shall have the right to remove the same or part thereof as his judgment may deem best.
F. 
No improvements on lots shall be done before consulting the Highway Superintendent or the Town Supervisor. Work will receive prompt attention and will be properly done. Reasonable rates will be charged for such work. All ordinary work in the care of lots, such as mowing and trimming, will be done by the Town.
G. 
Planting on graves will not be permitted. Flowerpots, urns, vases, etc., shall be placed next to the monument or grave marker. The Town reserves the right to remove any planting made in violation of this rule. No glass containers are allowed.
H. 
As soon as flowers, wreaths, emblems, flags, etc., used in funerals or placed on graves at other times become unsightly and are faded, they will be removed and no responsibility for their protection or maintenance will be assumed.
I. 
All flowers, pots, urns, vases and/or other decoration left in place on lots after October 1 will be removed and no responsibility for their return will be assumed by the Town.
